best way to test internet speed
Best way to test Internet Speed Connection. I have been using Broadband connection since few years and few times it makes me to test my broadband connection speed when I get the feeling that speed is not promising or websites load slower. There are several websites to test internet speed and the most common site used by every one including me is speedtest.net. I’m promised 1MBPS download speed and 200kbps upload speed and I get exactly the same speeds when I tested my internet speed with speedtest.net. Here is the video:

Let me take you to some other sites that help you to test your broadband speed

Speedtest.net

The most popular site to test internet speed. You can even compare the results and share with others in no time. To track multiple connections you can get a free account signed up and compare with each connection. Speedtest.net mobile version is also available. All the recent results will be saved by default and you need not even have a free account to get access to these results.

 MCAFee Speedtest

MCAFee Secure also offers to track internet connection speed. But the demerit is there is no monitoring interface when the test is conducted and you will just see a blank page. When I checked with my internet here is the result:

File Size 2.9297 MB
Time Elapsed 0.001 seconds

Airtel Broadband

Airtel Broadband provides users to track internet speeds. One need to input State and City names to check the internet speed. But this is runs only with Java. At the same time is fast and gives results in a graphical manner.

Bandwidth Place

Offers users to track internet speed with an interface almost similar to that of speedtest.net . Gives similar results and shows the IP Address of the system from where you track the speed.
